RNID Typetalk:

To contact us via RNID Typetalk, simply dial the correct BT TextDirect access code (18001 for a person using a ‘textphone’ or 18002 for somebody using a normal phone) followed by our full telephone number 020 3798 3000

If the call is being made between someone using an ordinary voice phone and someone using a textphone, a RNID Typetalk operator will automatically join the call and translate typed words to voice and spoken words to text.
